Approve the Parks, Recreation and Community Affairs Board recommendation for a full fee waiver of $600.00 for the Kiwanis Club to utilize the I. T. Parker Community Center for their first annual "Halloween Bash" on October 30, 2015. The Parks, Recreation and Community Affairs Board unanimously approved the request for a full fee waiver and recommend Commission approval.
